Emily is an EMDR therapist with over 15 years of experience working with trauma. Emily works across the lifespan from 12 years to older age and is experienced in working with diverse cultures. She has a warm, non-judgemental approach that puts people at ease and creates a safe space to explore problems and solutions.

Tristan works with adolescents, adults and couples navigating trauma, addiction and difficult relationship challenges. Tristan is an EMDR practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist and is trained in Trauma-Informed Stabilisation Treatment (TIST). Tristan is a relationship counsellor using the Gottman Method. She helps clients develop greater self-understanding, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Shea Fleming is a registered psychologist offering warm, affirming therapy for adults. She works with clients through anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, autism and persistent pain, as well as those affected by sexual assault or trauma. Shea also offers comprehensive, neuro-affirming autism and ADHD assessments.

Trained in EMDR, Shea draws on CBT, ACT and DBT to support each person’s goals. Her experience spans private practice, corrections, crisis support, trauma services and therapeutic group work. Shea welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients and is committed to culturally safe, inclusive care.

Mark helps you move forward at your own pace and welcomes people from diverse backgrounds. He offers cognitive and diagnostic assessments, plus telehealth appointments Monday to Saturday.

Bushra is a registered psychologist who offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents and adults. Originally from Pakistan, she provides therapy in Urdu and English and welcomes people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Bushra supports clients with anxiety, depression and grief, and provides ADHD and autism assessments. She takes time to understand each person’s experiences and goals, making therapy and assessment feel clear and approachable. Bushra offers telehealth appointments, so you can access support wherever you are.

Zoe is a psychologist and is First Nations. She works with adults to help them to overcome life’s challenges and resolve trauma. Trained in EMDR, CBT, ACT and somatic therapy, Zoe brings experience from crisis support and community organisations. A former treasurer of the APS Far North Queensland Branch, Zoe values the advancement of psychology and an increase of accessibility to psychological services.
